The Final Post on Re-Structuring, Building, and Strengthening Your Self-Esteem

This Self-Realization as a Way to Create, Build, and Maintain Self-Esteem program is designed to be followed in its entirety, from beginning to end.  This is the SIXTH and final post for this Program and I have all the additional resources/worksheets that are mentioned, as well as, the ability to listen and research further, and an open and willing heart to work with you to help you succeed to strengthening and/or re-structuring your positive self-esteem.  Attempting to pull from individual sections will result in only frustration and this could lead to further disappointment and possible calamity.  Building a strong psychological base on which to then construct a solid, positive self-concept, is a powerful ingredient for initiating any and all successes in life.  This is especially true in terms of an audition.  This allows the person auditioning to present confidence, stability and control, as well as a pleasant, amiable persona.  Because a poor or wounded self-esteem is not created overnight, restoring or constructing a positive one takes time as well.  This program is arranged in easy, timely, and digestible segments that, if pursued thoroughly, will yield a positive, sustainable result.  Should you complete this program and still suffer from severe anxiety and/or low self-esteem, it is recommended that you seek and consult qualified medical doctors.  However, the vast majority of performers will find measurable, significant success after completing the steps suggested here.  I wish you GREAT success!  Check in at my website for any vocal needs.  Thank you so much!  www.SingitForward.net  Sing it Forward!
