2.     8-10 ounces of very warm water; 1 tablespoon of chopped, fresh Ginger; 3-4 Whole Cloves; 2 Star Anise; 1 Cinnamon Stick; One Quart Mason Jar; and 1-2 teaspoons of “local” honey.  Steep, COVERED for 10 minutes, stir, and drink.
3.     “Tea Thyme” – 2 tablespoons of Dried Thyme or 4 tablespoons of Fresh Thyme; 8-12 ounces of very warm water; “local” Honey, to taste; a small strainer or tea ball.  Lightly chop or “bruise” the herbs in a Mortar and Pestle, and then, place the herbs (fresh or dry), in the strainer or tea ball.  Place the strainer in the very warm water, cover, and allow to steep for a minimum of 10 minutes.  After the tea has steeped, add your honey, and enjoy!
4.     Steep 1 tablespoon of chopped, fresh Ginger in 8-12 ounces of very warm water for a minimum of 10 minutes.  After the mixture steeps, add 1 teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 teaspoon of “local” honey, and a shake(s) of Cayenne Pepper.  Once combined, drink and enjoy up to 4 times per day.
5.     This is a wonderful, fruity, relaxing tea.  You need:  4 cups of VERY warm water or boiling water; a strainer; ½ cup of Chamomile Flowers; ¼ cup of Mint Leaves; ¼ cup of Hibiscus Flowers; 2 tablespoons Lavender Buds; and 2 tablespoons of coarsely chopped Star Anise.  All of these herbs and flowers are steeped in the strainer for a minimum of 10 minutes, COVERED.  After the tea steeps, pour 8-12 ounces in a mug, add “local” honey, and enjoy!
